By enrolling in any course offered by Center for Growth (a service of Bhavena.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit an application.

2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is subject to availability and admin approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment. The center reserves the right to accept, reject, or defer any application without providing a reason.

3. Pay As You Want Policy

Center for Growth operates on a Pay As You Want fee model. Students are free to contribute any amount they choose, including zero. All amounts received are treated as voluntary contributions for educational services and are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy.

4. Course Delivery

Courses are delivered in offline, online, or hybrid modes depending on availability and the student's preference. The center reserves the right to change delivery modes, schedules, instructors, and content without prior notice, provided that the quality and scope of education are maintained.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

Attend sessions regularly and punctually
Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
Not record, redistribute, or commercially use course materials without written permission
Not engage in any form of academic dishonesty

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, presentations, notes, and content provided by Center for Growth are the intellectual property of Bhavena.com. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without explicit written consent.

Courses related to financial markets, trading, or technical analysis are strictly educational in nature. They do not constitute investment advice. Please read our Financial Education Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Center for Growth and Bhavena.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from enrollment, course content, or any decisions made based on knowledge acquired from our courses.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
