Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Center for Growth operates on a Pay As You Want fee model. We strive to deliver high-quality education. However, once a payment is processed, it is generally non-refundable except under specific circumstances listed below.
2. Eligible Refund Circumstances
- Center cancels the course: Full refund of amount paid within 7 business days.
- Technical payment error: If an amount was charged incorrectly due to a payment gateway error, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Duplicate payment: If a student accidentally pays twice for the same admission, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Student withdrawal after course commencement
- Change of mind after admission approval
- Failure to attend sessions
- Change in schedule or learning mode preferences
- Dissatisfaction with course content after attending more than 2 sessions
4. Partial Refunds
If a student withdraws before the course begins (post payment, pre-commencement), a partial refund of up to 50% of the paid amount may be considered at the discretion of the center management, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the course start date.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email bhavena.com@gmail.com with:
- Your admission reference number
- Payment reference / transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
- Bank account details (for NEFT transfer)
We will respond within 3 business days.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Online payments may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
7. GST on Refunds
GST once paid on taxable invoices cannot be refunded, as the same has been remitted to the government. Only the base taxable amount (minus GST) may be considered for refund in applicable cases.
